Paint Fee is $40 per person based on a minimum of 10 people. Includes all paint supplies, 2 wine glasses, and apron. Step by step instructions taught by a qualified art instructor. No experience necessary. The Sipping Muse will create 2 custom designs for a fee of $20, to be paid at same time of deposit.
Doors Open at 7:00pm, Paint Session begins promptly at 7:15pm, Event Concludes by 10:00pm. You can come in 30 minutes early to set up.
Location: Creative arts and BYOB studio located at 122 N. Hale St in Historic downtown Wheaton.
Parking: Parking garage is available behind the studio. Heading North on Hale (one-way street), turn left (West) onto Wesley, go 1/2 block and turn into alley on the left. Parking garage is on the right. We request you enter the studio through the front entrance on Hale.
Beverages & Snacks: The Sipping Muse is a BYOB studio and you can bring in any type of beverages and food. Wine/bottle openers available and beverage cups provided. Paper plates/napkins/utensils are provided for snacks. Ice buckets/tubs also available, bring your own ice. Water and soft drinks can be purchased for $1.00.
Alcohol: Must be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages at the studio. We card all guests, please have ID available. We ask that guests under 18 be accompanied by an adult.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit equal to two paint fees ($80) is due by 2/13/2020. The deposit is non-refundable since we reserve space at the studio for your group. The deposit will cover 2 people at your party. If you need to reschedule your event, a 7-day notice must be provided and the deposit will be credited for a future event. If 7 days noticed is not provided, deposit is forfeited. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or reschedule your event.
Minimum Paint Fee Requirement: There is a minimum requirement of 10 people for this event. If fewer than 10 people attend, the host is responsible for paying the additional fees.
Balance of Paint Fees: Host can share the link to registration form with their guests. Our preference is for guests to register and pay fee prior to the event. However, cash, credit/debit are accepted at check-in. Gratuity for art instructors can be added during check-out, or paid in cash the evening of the event.
Cancellations for paint fees (separate from deposit): For cancellations more than 48 hrs prior to event, a refund (less processing fees) can be issued upon request (processed within 5-7 business days) or a credit given toward a future event. If cancellation is within 12-48 hrs of an event, a credit will be issued for a future event. Cancellations within 12 hours of event, or “no shows”, will receive no credit or no refund.
