The studio will be closed to the public for this event.
Paint Fee is $45.00 per person. Includes all paint supplies, 12×16 canvas, and apron. Basic instructions provided by a experienced art instructor. Bring a colored copy of photo of your bunny or pet on a 8 1/2 x 11 paper. All ages welcome. No experience necessary. No coupons or discounts accepted for fundraisers.
Doors Open at 3:00pm, Paint Session begins promptly at 3:30pm, Event Concludes by 6:00pm
Location: Creative arts and BYOB studio located at 122 N. Hale St in Historic downtown Wheaton.
Parking: Parking garage is available behind the studio. Heading North on Hale (one-way street), turn left (West) onto Wesley, go 1/2 block and turn into alley on the left. Parking garage is on the right. We request you enter the studio through the front entrance on Hale. On busy nights, you can use the complimentary valet parking in front of The Ivy. Please tip your valet.
Beverages & Snacks: Wine, soft drinks, and water along with appetizers will be included.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 has been paid. The deposit is non-refundable since we reserve space at the studio for your group. If you need to reschedule your event, a 7 day notice must be provided and the deposit will be credited for a future event. If 7 days noticed is not provided, deposit is forfeited. Cancellations for paint fees: Share this link with your guests and asked them to register and pay their fee prior to the party. Also, make note of our cancellation and refund policy. This cancellation policy does not apply to the deposit, or the minimum paint fee requirement (see above paragraphs). For cancellations more than 48 hrs prior to event, a complete refund can be issued upon request (processed within 5-7 business days after the event) or a credit given toward a future event. If cancellation is within 24-48 hrs of an event, a credit will be issued for a future event. Cancellations within 24 hours of event, or “no shows”, will receive no credit or no refund.
