The Sipping Muse is partnering with Canopy Adult Services, an adult day program serving individuals with autism. The studio will be closed to the public for this event, however anyone can purchase a ticket to attend. All ages are welcomed, 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Paint Fee is $40.00 per person. Attendees will paint “Rainy Chicago.” Fee includes all paint supplies, 16×20 canvas, and apron. Step-by-step instructions provided by a experienced art instructor. No experience necessary. No coupons or discounts accepted for fundraisers.
Raffle tickets will be sold the day of the event for some great prizes.
Doors Open at 3:00pm, Paint Session begins promptly at 3:15pm, Event Concludes by 6:00pm
Location: Creative arts and BYOB studio located at 122 N. Hale in Historic downtown Wheaton.
Parking: Parking garage is available behind the studio. Heading North on Hale (one-way street), turn left (West) onto Wesley, go 1/2 block and turn into alley on the left. Parking garage is on the right. We request you enter the studio through the front entrance on Hale. On busy nights, you can use the complimentary valet parking in front of The Ivy. Please tip your valet.
Beverages & Snacks: Wine and light snacks will be provided. Individuals must be 21 or older to consume alcohol in the studio. IDs will be checked when you check-in the day of the event.
Cancellations for paint fees: Share this link with your guests and asked them to register and pay their fee prior to the event. Also, make note of our cancellation and refund policy. For cancellations more than 12 hrs prior to event, a refund can be issued upon request (processed within 5-7 business days after the event) or credit given toward a future event. Customer can decline the refund and have the funds go directly to the organization. Cancellations within 12 hours of event, or “no shows”, will receive no credit or no refund and funds will go directly to the organization. Deposit Note to Host: A deposit of $100.00 was received on 5/14/18, which covers fee to close the studio for the afternoon. The deposit will be refunded the day of the event as long as at least 20 people have purchased tickets. If you need to reschedule your event, a 7 day notice must be provided and the deposit will, be credited for a future event. If 7 days noticed is not provided, deposit is forfeited.
